Not sure who actually manages this place but they are very unprofessional. I don't understand how you hire someone give them a schedule and then a few hrs before training you send a text message saying we aren't going to start you till after the new yr. Really? After you clear your schedule for a new job. This is definitely not the bullpen of old.
I don't go there too often this particular night there was no sporting event on the big screens and rather dead but a nice drink and kept it moving love the atmosphere however
We stopped in to watch the world series. Had some appetizers and a few drinks. My experience was good, I had a Turkey club also and it was big enough to share. Fair prices on the drinks as well.
I'm awaiting follow up, but am happy to post a day-manager was VERY kind when addressing an issue from nights before.
The food was good, the service was good. The thing that was irritating is that we paid to play the video games, they were broken so we lost money. The attendants told me to call the hotline on the games....seriously? It's not the people who are workings fault but the owner needs to do better.
Service staff was not welcoming. Stood at bar for 20 min, didn't even get approached by the bartenders or anyone else.
Got better on food service second night I was there, there help didn't show up!
Charged cover charge for UFC but didn’t start the main card until after the first three fights. Watched the kitchen staff get into a brawl with the wait staff. I guess that was the replacement fights. Gonna look for other places to watch UFC from now on this was the second time they failed to start the fights on time.
Great food and place just to chill with friends or have a meeting! Service is fine.
