The Hawthorne Contests are no-holds-barred betting to build the biggest bankroll for bonus prizes. No mandatory races. Make the bets you want, including multi-race wagers. Pick from races at several tracks. It’s a live wager format so you keep what you win with No Entry Fee.
DETAILS
- Three 1-day contests on Thanksgiving weekend (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
- Live wager, real money bankroll (keep what you win on your wagers): $300 on Friday, $500 on Saturday & Sunday
- Open track format with all same-day wagers (including multi-race bets) allowed on races at multiple tracks.
- On-site contest at several Club Hawthorne Betting Bars (no online wagering options at this time)

- 10 National Horseplayer Championship entries (2 on Friday, 4 on Saturday, 4 on Sunday)
- 3 $1 MILLION bonuses if you win the 2025 NHC (one bonus awarded each day)
- NEW: $10,000 CASH (one prize for the biggest single-day bankroll on either Friday, Saturday or Sunday)
