#6 ETHEREAL ROAD would be worth taking on with the layoff, missing published works in August and his off the pace running style; however he catches the right group where the other five all E/EP types and looks like the right spot for him to compete off the bench and first time for the new connections. 

The two Lauer runners have a look coming back today and compliment each other: #3 BLACK WHITE N GOLD showed gate issues in his first two starts though stepped up with a BTL effort on 8/15; #4 JUSTHAPPYTOBEHERE was very GREEN on debut as he also with gate issues (SLOG) showed run making a MOVE and overall visuals project he can IMPROVE - and even handle more ground. 

Try to get a little more creative in this leg outside of the "obvious" types in this spot. #4 NO ANGEL looks to have some intent showing up here and back on the conventional dirt, a surface he raced over to start his career and intent with that change; #7 WHISTLEWHILEYOUMOW also shifting back to the dirt and looking to regain his top form here today - his back numbers fit as a contender and are buried enough to offer value here; #8 ONE FOR RICHIE has not been at his best as of late and the connections making the class change here looking to get him back to form and some confidence today. 

Less creative as #11 DEEP STRIKE figures as a legit favorite. Going back to his debut he presented every bit a TURF horse, though also showed class weakness (DROP) and that carried as they took a shot earlier this month at KD and now in for a tag - where this horse belongs. 

Looking at OptixPLOT the race shape should favor runners with early speed: that upgraded #6 CASTLE MAGIC tactically and returning to this level and sprinting from an overall competitive race on 8/15. #4 CHIMES has some early speed as well and also competitive back in that same 8/15 common race. 

#5 COMPRESSED ENERGY also has shown tactical speed at times and looks to improve with some buried form returning today to this allowance level and sprint distance.
