Emily's Analysis
Keeneland Race 1
Post Time 12:00 PM CST
Both #5 ASHES AND DIAMONDS and #6 STAGE PRESENCE return for barns already with a win this meet and with the change in class to move up naturally. With the time off they both will find the lower par though first time dirt for the barn and appeared up to this point intent for grass.
#1 VANISHED is likely to be at least 1/3 the ML though still in that role a logical type in this spot. As far as class this is a lateral par from the recent TP events and keying off the dirt figures and class should find themselves competitive under today's conditions.
FTS #8 VINTAGE RING could get the attention here as suggested by the ML and trainer I. Correas is capable with debuting runners though does not have the strongest numbers in the category and has come down to having the right horse. A couple of those wins including the debut win with Low Country Magic for these connections last April was with Ortiz aboard, though J. Ortiz and lands I. Ortiz for this race.
Keeneland Race 6
Post Time 2:40 PM CST
#6 SIR PISTOLERO returns with some changes for this race. The positive return to ONE_TURN could be less obvious to the public than the barn change with D. Jacobson taking over - a barn with positive ROI at KEE in 2024 with 33% winner and 56% ITM.
Keeneland Race 8

Trainer L. Schultz can show up live at KEE especially on the turf and could be overlooked in this spot with #6 SAND PIPES. The circuit switch does require a top effort, though patient waiting for grass (scr 3/16 FG) after a legitimate EX - EXCUSE with TROUBLE+ in the 2/15 start. J. Leparoux has the call has had success for the barn at KEE and riding well this meet riding well considering they have been on "longshot" not a horse shorter than 9.7-1 (6 of the 7 runners double digit odds) that sample includes 14-1 Madison (G1) winner, Positano Sunset.
