Emily's Analysis

Turfway Park Race 1

Analysis by Emily Gullikson

#4 MISCHIEF JAC should be in a better spot for this second start taking the drop in class for Morey, a barn that has sent out some live runners this meet. #5 C C GRAND could get overlooked off the recent running lines and holds overall upside, along with intent returning fresh on this circuit.

Corrigan also has sent out some live runners and represented by a pair with #1 ANORIA in the main body of the field and #13 BANDIT QUEEN given a look if able to draw in off the AE.

Turfway Park Race 2

Analysis by Emily Gullikson

Overall  there is not much between the bulk of the field and many that have been at the N2 level for quite some time. #4 DEE DEE B could present upside and intent with the connections wheeling back in 11-days for this second start of the meet --  returning from the 12/2 SLOG TRAFFIC trip.

Turfway Park Race 3

Analysis by Emily Gullikson

Brooks returns with a capable pair in this race: #6 GREG'S HONOR will finds reasonable class relief from the most recent starts to transfer form naturally; #8 COUNTRY COURT had a look at this level two weeks again and recorded a B OptixGRADE for the place finish.

The pace should be honest for the mile distance, #5 RANDELLO should appreciate that scenario to work a trip. Intent could also come into play making a belated return to Turfway Park first off the claim - reclaim for Garcia.

#4 WIRE THE CASH should also appreciate some pace to run at. Class is a subtle change and number wise can be on the softer side where a top effort is required - and compensation to play.

Turfway Park Race 4

Analysis by Emily Gullikson

#4 CRYSTAL SYMPHONY might not be the "most likely" but she is the most intriguing in this spot. She will make some changes and for this time, place those changes can be taken as positives. This will be her first start for the new connections since the sales purchase last month and has worked forward. The drop in class is logical given the recent purchase price and also from the MSW races where she was overmatched.

Turfway Park Race 5

Analysis by Emily Gullikson

The early pace projects to be honest with many front runners and others stretching out in distance. That scenario should assist morning line favorite, #9 CELTIC CHARM just as it did on debut to work a stalking trip from off the pace. Number wise #6 KENWICK is lighter than many in this field, though going back to her debut and throughout each start she has been crying out for the added (STRETCH, ROUTER) ground she will find for the first time today.

Turfway Park Race 6

Analysis by Emily Gullikson

The significant drop holds reservations #1 RANGER FOX especially paired with the excessive layoff lines throughout their career. In addition, their "best" efforts in terms of speed figures lack any overwhelming edge over others in this field.

#4 HOLIDAY HOUSE comes into this event with buried form and likely intent here for the connections. She will return to the claiming level for the first time since March 18th - that race over this course and higher OFR earned a B OptixGRADE in the show finish.

Turfway Park Race 7

Analysis by Emily Gullikson

The mile distance of this race creates a tricky variable as many in this field are unproven at the route distance. In addition, there are many in this field that have shown their better running when on or near the lead. #11 MR CREED is proven under both conditions and looks to have intent for this spot returning off the 56-day freshening.

Turfway Park Race 8

Analysis by Emily Gullikson

#9 LIAM'S CHAMP will make her first start back off the 284-day layoff and for a new barn though same owner. Going back to her first three starts she showed class,  recorded strong figures and efforts that make her a player in this spot. Tough to see any reason why #1 UP AND DOWN will not hold her form for the new connections picked up last month and shows up here with recent on her side. The lack of edge and value is noted on #10 PROUD MARY and preference to #6 RECINTO ROMPERE separating that pair exiting turf sprints.

Turfway Park Race 9

Analysis by Emily Gullikson

#7 REMEMBERING the "trip" back on 10/13 at KEE she was compromised with TROUBLE showing run and NO_PUSH late with all around visuals to suggest the IMPROVE. #9 DAZZLIN DICTATOR also earned a follow off her debut and has shown more run than the running lines and finishing positions could suggest.
