#6 UNCLE TUFFY makes a belated return to MCL company since their competitive debut back in April at KEE. Along with the effort (B-) physically they presented TURF and will have the opportunity and buried form to translate to the grass here.
#3 MERLIN'S MAGIC will make a belated return for a more-than-capable barn that has bad success this year with a small string. They have forced to be patient with the weather waiting for turf with three scratches during the month of July.

#2 LIFE'S SAGA lands in a reasonable spot to compete today and upgraded off their form this season. They turned in a competitive number and sneaky good B- effort in the March start at Turfway making a MOVE through TRAFFIC and strong GALLOP+. The following start route start had this ONE_TURN runner compromised and showed run making a WIDE MOVE after a SLOG/TROUBLE_S on the turf last month at Ellis Park.
