Fair Grounds Race 8
#5 RANDY DAYTONA was compromised in their debut two weeks ago and looks intent for the connections as they wheel right back from the trip (SLOG, X_WIDE, MOVE, NO_PUSH - OptixNOTES) along with the class change to MCL.
Woodbine Race 1
#4 SHORT STORY LONG turned in a BTL effort on debut at the same time an EX - EXCUSE given start to finish adversity. The return with the class relief appeared reasonable and showed run SLOG MOVE as well as gain fitness moving up into a VF/Very Fats early pace something that could present a top today.
Woodbine Race 2
#8 DADDY SEND MONEY broke their maiden for $25k MCL and competitive at the $25k N2L in both starts this season as they drop back down to that level here. They will also reunite with F. Aebly the place finish rider from back in October as well as a subtle positive post position change to the outside for the first time since the early season turf sprint starts.
Woodbine Race 8
A value case can be made for #4 WENTRU off subtle trips this season. Returning in August they were compromised with the TACTIC- making a MOVE X_FLOW impacting the outcome and followed up that effort with a TROUBLE trip in September.
