While a lot of attention could land on the the Jonas Gibson runner #5 FLINT ROCK on the drop returning from the layoff - #3 JONAS GRUMBY follows upside from the EX - EXCUSE under MCL conditions last month. The change in class appeared the right move and overall upside going back to the 12/14 MSW setting the X_FLOW pace from the rail that day. Their presents in this race could be the "speed of the speed" whereas #6 BLONDATE has also shown early speed, though speed around two turns and cutting back to a sprint might not have that forward designation here. 

#1 NIGHT CRY has a longshot look in here going back to the 12/28, a race that has held form going forward including common rivals #3 COMPUTADORA and #8 PRINCESS MITOLE with NIGHT CRY showing more of the group on the day. That was the first start of the cycle for NIGHT CRY should return fit third off following a WIDE trip on 1/29 and the early pace should be honest for their runstyle. 

#5 SO FAR SO GOOD fits as the favorite and horse to beat as they should move up naturally on the drop and the edge over my #8 CHEMICAL REACTION and #10 PERFECT MANHATTAN also showing up on the class change.

This is a big drop for #2 STOP THE SPREAD though not a bad drop keying off their most recent win back in late October at CD when in for the same as today's $16k tag. 

#3 COULD DO holds the highest recorded figure in the field keying off the POCKET trip place finish back on 1/15 and upgraded from the TROUBLE all around earlier this month. #2 ETHICS moves up second off and intent with the quick return and class DROP. #6 NUTHIN FANCY must IMPROVE off their debut last month though not out of the question after breaking VSLOG and making a move under a higher par on debut. 

#4 TEMPORAILY FOREVER turning in a B-/BTL effort back on 12/6 first off the three month break and followed up with a WIDE trip last month at a higher par. The connections return today back to a par similar to the December race and potential intent with a rider change and blinker addition. She will require a top effort to compete especially if some of the class droppers find their top form (though there are some questions on that)
