#1 MY BOY BRUCE moves up as they land at the right level time and place to compete. With that said, they have some gate issues, a pattern of SLOG, something that can be concerning with today's 5f distance and price compensation required with that noted. #5 MAGIC POWER also at the right level to compete and second time this season at the N2 claiming level. While more could have been expected on 8/8 with the DROP the trip/TACTIC- were not ideal playing a role in the outcome and noted with rider change in play.

#7 COLONEL MUSTARD has been without a win since last May and requires value on that front. Overall they have held their form and recorded competitive efforts under similar condition and par since. They return with a slight 42-day freshening since the 8/8 race when wheeling back in just a week and visuals from that effort and outcome suggest they can IMPROVE.

When looking at OptixGRADES #1 C MY MEISTER holds a consistent pattern of B/B- to suggest they are right back at the right level to compete. The recorded the B OptixGRADE with the show finish returning from the layoff on 6/29 despite the show outcome and following that effort held their own with the rise in class, just not quite on the level of the win. Their form also has been consistent around the two turns on innercourse, sometimes playing to horses-for-courses type of track.
