Competitive race to kick off the Monday card and with a case to be made for the majority of the field worth trying to get a bit creative: #2 SHAMROCK GLITTER showed intent at this level last October and with a subtle trip on the day and long layoff which followed they are worth a look in this spot for trending live connections. The works have been steady and off the visuals race ready while maintaining J. Hernandez. 

#6 KING STEPHEN still must improve though has shown as much race-to-race. This marks their second start off the layoff, a similar par to today's event and should gain conditioning with the WIDE trip and fitness with the race under their belt. The presence of F. Prat aboard should gather support something projected by the ML. 

#4 UNBRIDLED VISION appears well-placed to pick up the win this season. They raced under N3 claiming conditions back on 2/20 a competitive B- OptixGRADE while in for this higher $25k tag on the day. They held their form last month while in at a higher par and even some adversity over the turf when on the quick turnaround in March. 

#1 SONG AND DANCE could be a bit of a stab based on finishing positions, however when looking at the numbers they fit with this group especially finding a significant change in class for this third start and should move up with that alone. In addition, they return as a flow upgraded from the 4/5 turf route making a RUSH into a Very Fast early pace. 

#3 MANHATTAN BEAUTY projected to move up with the class DROP and at this level last month, however had a legitimate EX - EXCUSE with the TROUBLE checking off heels in running and wheels right back with a rider change for this spot. 

#8 MAY DAY READY presents value in this race with graded stakes form and current form coming back from the B OptixGRADE/BLANKET finish last month, first start back off the layoff. In terms of class MAY DAY READY is a multiple G2 winner and recorded a B OptixGRADE in the BC Juvenile Fillies Turf (G1) in 2024. 

#2 FORMIDABLE MAN looks as advertised for this race based on form, class and runstyle. They are giving up recency off the layoff and at a short price as considerations while still being the "most likely" in the race. Value sits with #7 SEAL TEAM a horse who really has not had much excuse though was never as strong at the shorter numbers as they had been. Those things look to change here and based on Plot: SEAL TEAM sits similar position/shape to FORMIDIBLE MAN and for the mile distance, secure first run/trip on rivals #5 ALMENDARES and #9 TWIRLING POINT.
