#8 MAXINE MAGIC should hold value in this race for the new trainer (same owner) with the most recent running line and finishing position two weeks ago. On 6/19 they looked to move up with the change in class, first time at $7.5k with figures on par from the prior higher N2 events. They return to that lower level here with some slight, though significant changes with the return to the route distance (GALLOP+ OptixNOTE in both May starts) and rider change with S. Civaci aboard to signal intent.

Looking outside the more obvious in the race: #6 STRAWBERRY WORLD requires price compensation with the step up in class, though returning under positive STRETCH TURF conditions second off and from a TROUBLE_S with TRAFFIC and TROUBLE in running for their layoff return on 5/22.
Lighter on speed figures, #7 RELOAD BABA physically looks suited to the TURF as they make their first start on the grass. The added ground could also be okay for them keying off a STRETCH Projection on 5/2 running at the 6.5f sprint distance.
