Every runner in this race is a contender, #3 BAZOOKA CHARLIE (value key) was claimed back in February for $25k and took their time, perhaps a freshening off that claim and returning protected on June 14th. While finishing off the board, they recorded a C+ and 81 speed figure -- a number on the high side of today's par under a higher par on the day. They can be upgrade from the trip as well noting the TROUBLE_S chasing WIDE trip for COLD connections at the time in a reasonable PREP.

LONGSHOT: #4 SPEARFISH they have plenty of races throughout their career stacking up on speed figures and class. They fit this conditions with the recent 7/18 start when in first time for $16k to create eligibility; and had a legitimate EX/EXCUSE with the stumble TROUBLES+ from the gate and chasing behind a Very Slow early/late pace on the dirt arguably not their ideal surface coming back on turf here.
#6 KEEP MOVIN' ON another with back numbers and class on the turf to fit today's race as a contender. In terms of their current form cycle, not just third off into this race, showing progressive OptixGRADES and X_BIAS in the 7/17 start a race which has held form with the two horses running back finishing in the money, including Pioneer Prince (AE) a next out winner
